Scope of Work
At Eminence Cleaning Group, we provide detailed and dependable cleaning services to help prepare your home for a smooth and presentable handover.
Windows & Glass Panels
- Cleaning of interior window panels only.
- Exterior window surfaces are excluded where access is unsafe or restricted.
- Wiping of window frames.
- Cleaning of window tracks.
- Wiping of window grilles.
High Dusting
- Dusting of ceiling fans.
- Dusting of walls and ceiling edges.
- Cleaning of ceiling lights upon request.
We are not liable for damage to fragile light covers, hooks, clips, or decorative fittings during cleaning.
Kitchen
- Degreasing and cleaning of the hob and hood.
- Cleaning beneath the stove compartment where accessible.
- Wiping of cabinet interiors and exteriors.
- Cleaning of the fridge, microwave, and oven, both inside and outside.
- Cleaning of wall surfaces behind the kitchen work area.
Degreasing of the top and rear section of the fridge is excluded if there is a risk of water entering the appliance.
Bathrooms
- Cleaning of wall tiles, floor tiles, shower screens, toilet bowls, and basins.
- Wiping of bathroom doors and door frames.
- Basic tidying of racks and drawers if they are empty.
- Replacement of existing rubbish bags.
Store Room
- Cleaning of storage racks and accessible surfaces.
Balcony
- General washing and cleaning of balcony surfaces.
Flooring
- Vacuuming and mopping of all accessible floor areas.
Living Room
- Cleaning of the interior, exterior, and accessible rear areas of the TV console.
- Wiping of cabinet interiors and exteriors.
Bedroom
- Cleaning of bed frames, bedhead panels, and accessible areas beneath the bed if movable.
- Wiping of dressing tables.
- Cleaning of wardrobe interiors and exteriors.
Other Areas
- Wiping of the washing machine exterior.
- Cleaning behind and beneath the washing machine if it can be moved safely.
- Wiping of wall skirtings.
- Cleaning of hard-surface furniture.
- Wiping of light switches with a lightly damp cloth.
Some stains, yellowing, or discolouration on switches may not be fully removable. Power sockets, extension cords, and power points are excluded for safety reasons.
Service Exclusions
- Curtains and blinds.
- Internal cleaning or servicing of air-conditioning units.
- Adhesive, glue, or heavy residue on surfaces.
- Paint splatters or paint-related stains.
- Ink stains or deep-set staining on sofas and bedding.
- Permanent stains that cannot be removed using general-purpose cleaning solutions.
- Exterior window or balcony glass cleaning where access is unsafe.
- Luxury, antique, fragile, or highly delicate decorative items and light fittings.
- Toilet bowl or bathroom stains that cannot be removed through standard cleaning methods.
- Decluttering, organising, or moving household items.
- Removal or disposal of bulky items.
